Directions of scientific activity: 1. Theoretical study of low-temperature kinetic properties of carbon nanomaterials. 2. Modeling the growth of various materials. Topics of scientific research: • Low-temperature features of physical properties of low-dimensional carbon materials. • Effect of short-range order on the temperature dependences of the resistance, density of electronic states, heat capacity, thermoelectric power, and other properties of nanocarbon materials. Main research results: 1. The protected dissertation of the candidate of physical and mathematical sciences. 2. Based on the results of scientific and research activities, more than 40 scientific and educational works have been published. 3. Support was received for Russian and international grants as a leader and executor. Ponomarev A. actively cooperates with the scientists of the Laboratory of Low Temperature Physics of the Institute of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, with the theoretical department of the ITEP, and also with colleagues from the ILTEP, Verkin Institute of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
