Course overview of the discipline "Technical measurements, devices and an automation equipment" for training of bachelors on the "Automation of Engineering Procedures and Productions in Power System and the Heating Engineer" profile of the direction 140100 "Power system and the heating engineer"
The discipline "Technical measurements, devices and automation equipment" belongs to a professional cycle of disciplines of training of students on the "Automation of Engineering Procedures and Productions in Power System and the Heating Engineer" profile. Training of students in this discipline takes place during three semesters.
For successful development of discipline students will have knowledge and experience of application of information technologies, knowledge of fundamental laws of physics and the physical phenomena, bases of the theory of errors and measurements, knowledge of the principles of action, the device of standard measuring converters and devices, ability to read drawings and schemes, to carry out technical images according to requirements of the STEP standards, to take measurements in chains, to develop to a capability to generalization, the analysis, perception of information, goal setting and the choice of ways of its achievement, in the conditions of development of science and equipment, to make revaluation of the saved-up experience, to develop a capability and readiness of use of information technologies.
Discipline "Technical measurements, devices and automation equipment" are preceded by development of disciplines (Prerequisites):
• Physics,
• Information technologies,
• Metrology, standardization and certification.
Contents of sections of discipline "Technical measurements, devices and automation equipment" are approved with content of the discipline "The theory of automatic control and protection" studied in parallel (Korequisites).
For 2015-2016 year 126 hours are provided (the 56 contact hours and independent work is 70 hours), including lectures (32 hours), practice (16 hours) and laboratory work (8 hours).
As a result of development of discipline at trained the general idea about accomplishment of measurements of heat technical sizes, idea of methods and modern technical means of measurement of heat technical parameters in power system and the heating engineer, finding of knowledge of the principles of creation, structure, appointment, characteristics and features of application of technical means of control, techniques of their choice for information and measuring systems of heat supply facilities and heating engineers is created.
