Taschiyan Gregory O., born in 1974, graduated from secondary school №38 named MU VG Belinsky in Yerevan in 1991 and in the same year entered the Tomsk Polytechnic Institute.

In 1997, he graduated from the Tomsk Polytechnic University, "Management" qualification "Manager", and was invited to work in Yurginskiy Technological Institute (branch) of Tomsk Polytechnic University as an assistant at the Department of Economics and automated control systems.

In 1999 he was enrolled in a correspondence postgraduate study at Tomsk Polytechnic University.
