The main directions of scientific activity: research and development of information technologies in education and health methods; methods and algorithms of measurement of properties of biological and social facilities; algorithms and software of information systems.

Research has repeatedly supported by grants of the Russian Foundation for basic research and Russian humanitarian scientific Fund. In 2001-2012 was the leader of three projects of the RFBR and the RHF of the three projects.

Since 2009 he is an expert of RFBR in the direction of 07 (Information technology and computing systems).

Honorary diploma of the Ministry of education. Diplomas of 1-2 degrees in the competitions of NIR TPU - 2007", "TPU NIR 2010 and NIR TPU - 2011" in nomination "Socio-economic and humanitarian work."
