Natalya A. Krasnoyarova, Associate Professor of the Department of Geology and Oil field Development delivers lectures and conducts practical lessons on disciplines "Ecology of Oil He "Petroleum Geology Concepts" and " Oil and Gas Geology".
The aim of the course "Petroleum Geology Concepts" to explain the basic concepts and petroleum geology techniques needed to search for hydrocarbon accumulations in the earth's crust and their mapping.
The discipline "Oil and Gas Geology" is intended to form basic knowledge in oil and gas origin and migration in the depth, the regularities of their formation and location in reservoirs. The knowledge of physical and chemical properties of oil, natural gas and hard bitumen, as well as of lithologic compositions of oil-source sets of rocks, reservoir rocks is necessary for focused prospecting and exploration for hydrocarbon reserves and commercial development of oil and gas deposits.
Place of work is located in the Institute of Natural Resources in Room 315.
