Evgeniya V. Isaeva graduated from the Faculty of Philology of Tomsk State University. Since September 2000 she has been working in the Institute of International Education and Language Communication of Tomsk Polytechnic University; since November 2002 – as an associate professor.
Since 2003 - Deputy Director for educational work of the Institute of International Education and Language Communication.
Since 2007 - Deputy Director for teaching and guiding of the Institute of International Education and Language Communication.
Since 2008 - Director of Publishing TPU.
Since 2015 Evgeniya V. is the head of the E-learning Technology and Pedagogy Department.
In 2001 she defended her thesis "Functions of motivational words in common language (on a material of dialect)" for the degree of candidate of philological sciences. Dissertation advisor - Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Department of Russian Language in Tomsk State University, member of the International Higher Education Academy of Sciences, Honorary Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Honored Scientist of Russia, laureate of the State Prize of Russia - Olga Iosifovna Blinova.
In 2008 she was awarded the rank of associate professor in the department of Russian Language and Literature.
Evgeniya V. Isaeva is the author of 59 research / scientific and methodical works (including one article in the multi-authored monograph and 9 articles in journals included in the list of Higher Attestation Commission) and 15 learning and teaching publications.
