The course "High-Voltage Engineering (HVE)" focuses on the characteristics of substances and the processes in them under extreme electromagnetic influences (high voltages and high currents), the use of data processing processes.

The scientific foundations of the course are both theoretical and experimental data on the electrophysical processes in gaseous, liquid and solid insulation media.
