I was born in 1936 year in city Tomsk. I graduated from high school number 5 in the city of Tomsk. I graduated from Tomsk State University in 1959 and I got specialty historian. I work in TPU with September 1963, First as an assistant, and then, after finishing graduate school on Philosophy Faculty of Moscow State University in 1972, as assistant professor. After defending my doctoral thesis at the Philosophy Faculty of Moscow State University in 1988, I worked as a Professor of the Department of Philosophy. From 1987 to 1995 I headed the department of philosophy, and from 1995 to 2011 - the Department of Cultural and Social Communication of the Tomsk Polytechnic University. Currently I work as a professor of department of social communication
