Stimulation of innovative activity, intellectual potential of innovative economy. As the associate professor of TSU I was the head of grants of RGNF No. 98-02-00081 "Social and economic problems of reforming of housing and communal services in the Russian Federation (on materials of regions of Siberia)" - in 1998 and No. 03-02-00172at "The entry of Russia into the World Trade Organization: regional aspects of preparation and protection of interests" - in 2005. In 2000 - 2002 I participated in implementation of the "Improvement of Social and Economic Education in Tomsk the State University" project within the "Support of Innovations in the Higher Education" program (NFPK). As the participant of the project, I have developed the new course "Organization and Regulation of Branch Roars", I have prepared for the publication the manual and the anthology of this course, and also the computer controlling program which is successfully applied "The economy of the branch markets"
