Nguyen Van Luyen was born in 1985 in Hanoi, Vietnam. He graduated in 2004 from high school at 2004, was admitted to the Hanoi State University (Department of Geology). In 2008 he graduated from the State University of Hanoi, specialty Diploma - Engineer geoecology.
