The course Real Estate Economics is provided for students of the Management Faculty (38.03.02). The goal of the course for students is to study the theory and practice of operation of the real estate market as an important business field as well as to learn the modern methods of cost estimation of real estate. After finishing the course a student would accomplish the following objectives: - learn all the aspects of the real estate as a market ware, special aspects of real estate market and real estate business transactions; maid methods of real estate cost estimation, aspects of mortgage loans - be able to use the received information in practice, estimate real estate costs with different methods, provide and prove the best option for using of land property, estimate the efficiency of mortgage loans - know the main methods of real estate cost estimation, basics of mortgage analysis, orient in the real estate business and legislation
