Aleksey V. Balastov was born in 3rd July, 1982 in Tomsk, Tomsk region.
From 1999 to 2004 I studied at Tomsk State Pedagogical University. Specialty - "Theory and Methods of Teaching Foreign Languages and Cultures", got qualification - linguist, a teacher.
From 2003 to 2004, while studying at the 5th year, I was working as a teacher of foreign languages in Tomsk medical and pharmaceutical college.
Upon completion of training at Tomsk State Pedagogical University in 2004, I joined the Tomsk Polytechnic University, where I am still working as a senior lecturer. From 2006 to 2010, I received a second higher education in Tomsk State Pedagogical University in the specialty "Pedagogy and Psychology", got qualification - teacher-psychologist.
