  1. It is established that the considered powders modifiers effectively influence processes of crystallization of a blanket. Use of the modifiers received by interaction of electroexplosive nanopowder of aluminum with water made impact on structure and mechanical properties of a blanket more effectively, and modifiers received by method electric explosion of the conductor made positive impact on corrosion resistance of a blanket

  2. One of effective methods of modifying of a blanket is supply of ultradisperse powders in a zone of the melted layer through the transporting gas, the size of particles at the same time shall be in the range the 100-150nm. It is revealed that the maximum effect of modifying is shown in case of concentration of refractory ultradisperse particles in a blanket of 0,00253 mass percent to centimeter cubic a blanket

  3. It is determined that when modifying a blanket in number of 0,00253 mass percent to centimeter cubic a blanket the greatest effect of modifying of this layer of the Fe-C-Cr-Ni-Ti system is implemented by the ultradisperse powders AlO (OH), W and Mo and there is an increase in its operational properties that it is possible to explain with forming in fusion of the additional centers of crystallization serving as inokulyator in the crystallizing metal. The average size of a dendrite on thickness decreases by 1,5-2 times (30-40%), on width by 2-3 times (45-55%)

  4. It is experimentally established that depending on composition of the applied powders modifiers the microhardness of a blanket increases on 10 … 15%, temporary resistance on a gap for 5-10%, a fluidity limit for 10-21%, relative lengthening to 10-25%, tendency to formation of intercrystalline corrosion decreases to 40-50%
