Research interests: interaction of charged particles with single crystals, development of nuclear-physical methods of analysis of the composition and structure of solids and thin films, pedagogical aspects of the use of information technology in the theory and methods of teaching physics and natural sciences.
Co-author of the book “Fundamentals of nuclear analysis of solids” (1999), the author of the textbook “Analysis of solid state matter with beams of charged particles” (2003), co-author of the textbook “Physics. Mechanics, Part 1. Molecular Physics. Thermodynamics.” (2002). “Physics, Part 2. Electricity and Magnetism” (2003). “Physics Optics Part 3. Quantum Physics” (2005).
Author of over 150 scientific papers. Trained four candidates and one doctor of science.
