Alexander Rudachenko was born on November 1, 1949, in the Novosibirsk region city Berdsk. He graduated from the Tomsk Polytechnic University on a specialty "Mining machines and systems". Since September 1972 works at Tomsk Polytechnic University. In September 1974 enrolled at postgraduate study at TPU, which he graduated in 1977 with the representation of the thesis. Since September 1977 he worked at the department of "Theoretical and Applied Mechanics" initially as an assistant, senior lecturer and then associate professor. In 1979 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences, and in 1986 was approved in the academic rank associate professor of the Department "Theoretical Mechanics". Since March 2001, was invited to work as head of a department at "Tsentrsibnefteprovod". In 2002 he returned to work at the Tomsk Polytechnic University department of "Theoretical and Applied Mechanics." In May 2003, by the order of the rector transferred to the newly created department of oil and gas storage and transportation as the Acting Head of the Department, and elected to contest for this position in November 2003. Developed training materials and conducts classes on subjects: "Design and operation of oil and gas pipelines and Storages", "Gas turbines", "Design and operation of pumping and compressor stations" and "Construction and operation of gas and oil pipelines and Storages"ю Scientific supervisor of one of the main directions of research work of the department related to the development of equipment and methods to increase the operational reliability of the equipment oil and gas pipelines and storage facilities. Carried out the scientific leadership of a number of contractual work performed for the enterprises of the Tomsk region. Many scientific and technological developments implemented in enterprises: JSC "Tsentrsibnefteprovod", OJSC "Tomskneft", LLC "Tomskneftekhim". Member of the Academic Council of the Institute of Natural Resources TPU, head of innovative scientific and educational training center for specialists in field of pipeline transport of oil and gas. He was awarded a diploma of the combined administration of the Kirov and the Soviet districts, a letter of gratitude of the mayor of Tomsk, the diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, a diploma and a silver medal "For merits before the Tomsk Polytechnic University," the honorary title "Honored Worker of the Russian Federation of higher education," the aide medal "120 years of TPU", was elected a corresponding member of the West-Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
