- Arefiev Konstantin Petrovich graduated from the Faculty of Electrophysics of TPI(TPU) in 1970, specialty "Physics of solid states". From 1970 till the present time work in TPU .
- In 1974 he got a degree of candidate of phys-math science, in 1985 – degree of doctor of phys-math science, in 1988 - professor of the Higher mathematics department
