Development of scientific bases of technology of manufacturing solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) with thin layers of anode, electrolyte and cathode, which is formed by magnetron sputtering. A distinctive feature of the proposed technology is to increase power density and reduce the operating temperature of the fuel cell (FC) below 800°C due to the use of the electrolyte and electrodes of submicron thickness and nanoscale porosity of the electrodes. Reducing the cost of fuel cells due to the high performance of the method of magnetron sputtering, which is widely used in practice for the application of different coatings on an industrial scale. Modern automated installation conveyor type can ensure the processing of tens of thousands of products a year.
