main results - The basic mechanisms of formation and evolution of primary radiation defects, including photothermal effect, in magnesium fluoride crystals has been studied
- The mechanisms of interaction of electron excitation and Frenkel pairs with colour centres accumulated by preliminary radiation in pure and containing admixtures ion crystals have been revealed
- The structure of primary defects in a number of ion compounds has been studied. The spectrum-kinetic characteristics of pulse cathode luminescence of nature crystals has been first detailed studied.
