• Chairman of the Commission for education, science, culture of the State Duma of Tomsk Region.
• Chairman of the Tomsk branch of the International Academy of quality problems.
• Editor of the scientific periodical journal "Quality. Reputation ".
• Board member of the non-profit partnership FC “Tom” Tomsk.
• Permanent member of the organizing Committee of the Siberian round of the contest «Romansiada», etc.
• Corresponding member of the Siberian branch of the Academy of Sciences of higher school since 1997.
• Academician of the Academy of problems of quality, since 1999.

Twice spoke at the World conferences on education, twice at the World gas congress represented OJSC “Gazprom”. Were Tomsk Region’s representative at the International exhibitions in Shanghai, Moscow, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Berlin, Rome, Hannover.
