Born in 1950, after graduation in 1968, he entered the Tomsk State University in the Department of Physics. He graduated in 1973, he is already studying at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics. According to the distribution of working from 1973 to 1977 on the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine engineer. Since March 1977 I work in TPU. In 1986 he defended a thesis of candidate of technical sciences.
