Feodor Kanev Y. was born 31 October 1960 in the city of Perm.

In 1978 he entered and in 1983 she graduated from the Perm state University.

In 1991 he graduated from the graduate school, MSU M. V. Lomonosov Moscow state University with thesis and assignment of a scientific degree of candidate of physical and mathematical Sciences.
