The training discipline "The design and operation of an anti-aircraft self-propelled unit" is the leader in meeting the requirements of qualification requirements for graduates, as specialists who know the device and rules for the operation of ZAK military equipment on the basis of ZSU-23-4 study, able to operate them in accordance with Requirements of guidance documents and operational documentation. The training discipline "Device and operation of an anti-aircraft self-propelled unit" includes the sections: "Design and operation of an anti-aircraft self-propelled unit" and "Maintenance and repair of an anti-aircraft self-propelled unit". The material of the ac-ademic discipline is based on the knowledge gained by students in the study of the disciplines "Physics", "Electrical Engineering and Electronics" in the educational institution of higher pro-fessional education and the discipline "Fundamentals of the construction of antiaircraft artillery systems" at the military department.
