Graduated from the Tomsk State University in 1992, with a degree “Historian, teacher of history and social science”. Defended his thesis and received the degree of PhD in history in 2000. 2000-02 – Head of the Department of distance learning and teacher in the Tomsk Institute of Economics and Law. 01.09.11-01.11.11 – Assistant at the Department of History and International Regional Studies at TPU (full time). 01.11.11 till present – Senior Lecturer at the Department of History and Philosophy of Science and Technique (full rate). 16.03.12-30.06.12 – Deputy Dean for educational work (part time, 50% rate).
