Maria works in collaboration with the Institute of Petroleum Chemistry Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences (Tomsk), the Institute of Monitoring of Climatic and Ecological Systems Monitoring Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences (Tomsk) and the Institute of Soil Sciences and Agrochemistry Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences (Novosibirsk) for the purposes of carrying out PhD research, projects of Russian Foundation for Basic Research and students graduation works.
Area of expertise: organic chemistry, geochemistry, chemistry of petroleum, IR-spectrometry, chromatography, mass-spectrometry.
Topic of scientific work: «Organic compounds geochemical evolution in Western Siberia peat deposits».
Maria has 3 patents, 12 articles published in scientific journals and more than 40 publications in conference proceedings.
