Has a total of 10 years of professional experience (as of 2025). In 2019, received a Letter of Appreciation from the Rector of TPU. In 2012, graduated with honors from TPU in the field of Oil and Gas Engineering. In 2014, obtained a second degree (also with honors) through a joint TPU–Heriot-Watt University program in Reservoir Evaluation and Management. Since October 2014, has been professionally involved at TPU: from 2018 to 2020, served as Director of the Reservoir Evaluation and Management retraining program; from 2020 to 2023, headed a joint program with Gazprom Neft on Drilling of Oil and Gas Wells. Since 2023, has served as the curator of master’s programs at the Heriot-Watt Center. As part of work at TPU, has prepared lectures, practical classes, and laboratory sessions for students in Geomechanics, Geological Modeling, and Drilling of Oil and Gas Wells in both Russian and English. Developed and implemented the retraining program Drilling of Oil and Gas Wells. Is the author and instructor of the advanced training course Fundamentals of Geomechanics and teaches Reservoir Geological Modeling, Reserves Evaluation and Calculation, and Geology for Non-Geologists for oil and gas industry professionals. The main research interests include developing geological and hydrodynamic models of oil and gas fields, working with hard-to-recover hydrocarbon reserves, and finding solutions in rock mechanics. To enhance professional skills, has completed numerous advanced training courses, including the RMS base course, Tempest base course (2015), PetroSkills Unconventional Resources Completion and Stimulation (2015), certification in geomechanics and geophysics from Heriot-Watt University (2016), AGR TRACS Training (2018), and Systemic Self-Development: Introduction to Systems Thinking (2021). Actively participates in engineering and project work with oil and gas companies. In 2016, organized the technical requirements and launch of the regional “Paleozoic” project (search for potentially productive targets in the pre-Jurassic deposits of the Tomsk region), serving as the lead for the “Tectonics” module. Over six years, has participated in a total of 12 projects.
