Place and date of birth: I was born in Cheremkhovo (Irkutsk Region, Russian Federation) in 1966.

Education: I graduated the school №8 in Cheremkhovo in 1983. I entered the Tomsk University of Control Systems and Radio Electronics in the same year. I graduated this institute in 1988, the qualification of engineer-physicist specialty "Physical Electronics".

Professional experience: I worked in the laboratory of thin-film electronics at the Department "Physical Electronics" at Tomsk University of Control Systems and Radio Electronics from 1988 to 1996. Since 1998 I have been working at the Tomsk Polytechnic University, first I worked in the laboratory of radiation materials, and then in problem research laboratory of electronics, dielectrics and semiconductors after the unification of their laboratories. I am a senior research to date.
