Uranium-bearing eastern edge of the West Siberian Plain (Tomsk Region)

The objectives of the study include:

Collection and compilation of materials on the metal content area on previous work, including the anomalies and manifestations of hydrogenic typeIdentification of possible favorable factors for the localization of uranium mineralization hydrogenous type.Evaluation of the resource potential of the eastern edge of the West Siberian Plain, based on the criteria identified favorable

Results:

• On the basis of modern ideas about the conditions of formation and mineralization patterns of distribution and hypothesis about possible eksfiltratsionnom nature of its formation;
• For the first time identified a favorable geological-structural, lithological and facies, radio and hydrogeochemical criteria predicted uranium mineralization;
• For the first time offered a new potential Bakchar Kolpashevsky-uranium-bearing zone;
• Identifying potential uranium-bearing zone and given a predictive estimate the eastern outskirts of the West Siberian Plain.

Besides:

• Some of the results are published in the articles included in the list of HAC;
• The results are used in the performance of host / contracts for the projects of the West Siberian Plain.
