In 2004 Vera V. Chaplya graduated from Philology Department of Tomsk State University.

She worked at Tomsk Polytechnic University since Sentember 2008 to Sentember 2017 as a lecturer and a senior lecturer.

Since May 2020 to October 2021 Vera V. Chaplya hеld the position of a specialist in educational and methodical work of the Department of Russian Language, School of Core Engineering.

She has been working from October 2021 to the present day as a Senior Lecturer.

Vera V. Chaplya has a teaching experience at the universities abroad.

Since August 2009 she has been working at Jilin University (Changchun, People’s Republic of China).
