The course "Fundamentals of Law" covers the following aspects:
|
|
|
- basic concepts and institutions of law; - legal norms and their types; - sources of law; - offenses and legal liability; - fundamentals of constitutional, administrative, civil, criminal and labor law; - practical application of legal norms in various spheres of life; - analysis of specific legal situations.
|
|
|
Particular attention is paid to:
|
|
|
- development of skills in analyzing regulatory and legal acts; the ability to apply acquired knowledge to solve practical problems; critical thinking; and legal culture.
