Belkova Tatyana Anatolyevna graduated school (physics and chemistry class) in Yurga, Kemerovo oblast, in 2009.

In 2013, she completed training in the “Rescuer-Community Worker” training program at the Federal Institution of Further Professional Education “Training Center of the Federal Border Guard Service for the Kemerovo Oblast”.

In 2015, she graduated from the Yurga Technological Institute (branch) of Tomsk Polytechnic University, program “Protection in Emergency Situations”.

In 2019, Tatyana completed postgraduate school in the direction of 05.11.13 Instruments and methods for monitoring the natural environment, substances, materials and products.

Since 2020, she has worked as an expert in the organizational department of ISHNKB for research and development work.

Since 2023, he has been working as a junior teacher in Department of Control and Diagnostics.
