Discipline "Electric machines" is part of an integrated educational program. The purpose of studying the discipline is to familiarize students with the fundamentals of the theory and operational characteristics of electrical machines and transformers, as well as the formation of a solid theoretical base and knowledge in the field of electromechanical and static energy conversion, the operation principle of the main types of electric machines and transformers and the features of their application. This knowledge will allow them to successfully solve theoretical and practical problems in their professional activities related to the design, testing and operation of electrical machines and transformers.

The discipline "Mechatronic systems of aircraft" is a part of the integrated educational program. The purpose of studying the discipline is to familiarize students with the basics of such special electrical machines as: DC actuators, asynchronous actuators, hysteresis motors, speed sensors, rotary transformers, selsyns, stepper motors, non-contact DC motors, controlled and uncontrolled rectifiers.
