Ali Mohammad Furqan wat born in 1989 and successfully defended his scientific work in graduate school on June 30th, 2023. Simultaneously, he graduated with a gold medal from his master's degree (biotechnology) at Tomsk Polytechnic University, Russia in 2018. He has completed his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering in India in 2013. Additionally, he has received a diploma in mechanical engineering in 2008, while studying at school Ali M.F. took an active part in many school-level sport events. Ali Mohammad Furqan conducted extensive scientific research between 2019 and 2023, resulting in the publication of numerous scientific papers in reputed international journals and conferences in various countries. He has also prepared several articles for reputed journals, conferences and seminars internationally. Among his international publications, eight journals are included in the international Scopus database, as well as seven international conferences. His desire for high scientific achievements is confirmed, among other things, by receiving five diplomas and many certificates in Russian and international, including foreign conferences. 1. In 2020-2022 Ali Mohammad Furqan has been prominent as a participant in the RFBR grant No. 20-37-90078 “Underwater Ultra Reliable Short Packet Communications (PUNSCP)”. 2.Internationally participated in the research project "Ultra Reliable Short Packet Communication (URSCC)" in the field of 6G wireless networks under the Responsive Research Seed Grant (RRSG) 3rd Cycle, Grant No. RRSG 22.0612.2" conducted in Sri Lanka. 3. He participated in the development of "Forest Fire Detection and Forecasting Scheme Using Optics and Energy Entropy" in COFAC - Cooperativa de Formacao e Animacao Cultural, CRL, in 2023, under a grant Lusofona University, Portugal, Grant No: COFAC/ILIND/COPELABS/2/2022. 4. Ali Mohammad Furkan was recognized as one of the best graduate students of TPU 2023. 5. Received a prestigious award in the form of inclusion in the “Gallery of Honor of Tomsk Polytechnic University”. 6. He received a scholarship from the Government of the Russian Federation, which indicates his contribution to the development of priority areas of modernization and technological development of the Russian economy. 7. In 2019-2020, he completed a three-month internship at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Trichy, India, “Assistance Scheme”. Academic and Scientific Cooperation (SPARC)" Ministry of Human Resource Development of India. 8. He was invited to participate in scientific work at COPELABS, Lusofona University, Campo Grande, 376, 1749-024, Lisbon, Portugal.
