RESEARCH ACTIVITIES IN THE PERIOD 2011 - 2016
- Scientific management of research works:
- Development of a method for technological control of the capacity of electrical cables;
- Development of a system for monitoring the alignment of welded joints of drill pipes;
- Repair and modernization of the coaxial control system SCS 10.02;
- Development of a method and means for measuring the internal diameter of heat exchanger tubes from ferromagnetic and austenitic steels;
- Development of a prototype of a meter of the linear capacity of the electrical cable in the production process;
- Development of method for technological control of wall thickness of light alloy drill pipes;
- Works on development of application of methods of nondestructive testing:
- Training of specialists in non-destructive testing "Engineering and Technical Center Deacon", Tomsk under the program: "Methods and means of measuring the internal diameter of heat exchanger tubes. Eddy current gauge of internal diameter of pipes made of ferromagnetic and austenitic steels";
- Training of engineers and technicians of "Drilling Equipment Plant", Orenburg under the program: "Technological control of drill pipes in the production process. New methods and means to control the alignment of welded joints";
- Training of non-destructive testing specialists of NPK INTROSKOPIA, Tomsk under the program: "Measurement of wall thickness of light-alloy drill pipes. Eddy current thickness gauge VT-15.01;
- Training of non-destructive testing specialists of NPK INTROSKOPIYA, Tomsk under the program: "Detachment from the effect of electrical conductivity changes on the results of eddy current monitoring of wall thickness of light-alloy drill pipes".
