Education: Alexander Glazachev graduated from the Electrophysics Department of Tomsk Polytechnic University in 1997 with an engineering degree in "Instrumentation Engineering".
From 1997 to 2000 studied at TPU as a post-graduate of specialty 01.02.06 "Dynamics and Durability of Machines, Devices and Equipment" under the supervision of Professor V.I. Kopytov. In 2000 submitted his thesis "Dynamic factors providing stability of pendulum systems" to the public defense in the TPU.
In 2010 was awarded the rank of Associate Professor in the department of Electric Drives and Equipment.
