Borned in Topki town of Kemerovo region in 1983. Graduated of Electronic Engineering Department of Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics in 2006. The specialty was "Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics". The theme of graduate qualification work was "The Research of Oxide Films Deposition by Means of Dual Magnetron Sputtering System". The scientific supervisor was Professor Yanin S.N. Has been a teacher of Department of Hydrogen Energy and Plasma Engineering from 2006. Has performed the duties of promoting the graduates employment and organization of student practices at the Department.
