The main areas of research and results aimed at developing organizational and social and economic innovations as ways of solving economic and educational problems of Kuzbass 1. Development of single-industry towns: participated in working out the conception of developing social-production complexes of small towns of Kuzbass characterized by single-industry production. Started studying the problem of social responsibility of single-industry town companies (including those in Kuzbass) in 2005 before theorists and experts became interested in the given problem on a massive scale. In 2007 publishing house “Nauka” (Moscow) published my monograph “Development of single-industry towns and company social responsibility” reflecting the organizational and methodological innovations concerning formation of the institution of social partnership including companies, population and authorities. The results of the work were implemented by the authorities of the town of Berezovsky, Kemerovo region, when developing the standards of social responsibility of the companies, social partnership agreements between authorities and business, measures for encouraging social activities of the companies and citizens of Kemerovo region. Actively studies the problems of investment attractiveness of the projects of single-industry town economy diversification. 2. Power system: supervised the development of the conception of managing investment activities and investment attractiveness of KOJSC “Kuzbassenergo” during the reorganization period, particularly, formation of innovation policy, measures for cost management, tools for selecting innovative projects of technical re-equipment. 3. Chemical and petrochemical industries: supervised development and justification of the conception of turnaround and development of Kuzbass chemical complex and development and realization of the program of KOJSC “Azot” turnaround program, bringing the company to negotiation settlement agreement; developed marketing approach to formation of integrated companies in petrochemical industry based on the innovative principles of selecting the joined companies, allows considering market changes and those of company positions after the integration and, this way, contributes to their efficiency and orientates at solving the problems of innovative production development. 4. Management of holdings: supervised the development of approach to organizing an optimal supply chain in a multi-industry holding. 5. Small and medium enterprise: continues working at improvement of the outsourcing mechanism implementation by industrial companies of Kuzbass as of organizational innovation and development strategy of the companies choosing the innovative way of development. Supervised development of the project of outsourcing introduction into Kuzbass companies supply with petrochemicals.
