Quasi-isothermal method is the main method of thermoplastic processing in our Laboratory (Patent № 509895 USSR, H01B19/00; Patent № 653998 USSR, B29C5/00). Completed products and semi-finished parts for machining are manufactured by means of heating and melting of thermoplastic pellets in vacuum ovens with a subsequent adjusted cooling with required rate (free of overpressure).

Our quasi-isothermal know-how allows large-size products of different dimensions and forms to be manufactured.

Permanent search of new thermoplastic materials and technological renovation of quasi-isothermal method allows us to improve quality of thermoplastic products and to expand field of application of our products.
