Konstantin A. Chekhovskikh was born in 1960 in the city of Akchatau Karaganda region. In 1979 he graduated from Pedagogical college of Biysk and entered the Barnaul Pedagogical State Institute, the Historics Department. He graduated from the Barnaul Pedagogical State Institute in 1986. In 1998 Konstantin A. Chekhovskikh was awarded a PHD in history by Kemerovo State University. Currently, he gives lectures on history in the Yurga Technological Institute, takes part in scientific conferences, supervises research activities of students. Konstantin A. Chekhovskikh published 70 scientific and educational publications.
