Area of scientific interests Konusov Fedor V. is a senior fellow in the laboratory of the Institute of High Technologies of Tomsk Polytechnic University. His research interests include the study of the optical and electrical properties of the dielectric and semiconductor materials formed by various methods, the study of optical and photoelectric methods nature of the defects of various compositions and their effect on the electronic structure of materials. Research in the field of study of the properties of new materials synthesized by various pulse methods are one of the priorities of the laboratory №1. To perform these studies in a specialized laboratory instrumentation and analytical framework. Actively conducted research on the properties of the applied coating materials have led to the need to expand the use and search for new methods of investigation of newly synthesized dielectric and semiconductor materials.
