Vladislav Igumnov Born in April 24, 1982 in Seversk, Tomsk region, Russia.
In 2004 he graduated with excellently final qualifying work Tomsk State University, radio physics faculty. He received bachelor degree.
In 2010 he graduated the Tomsk Polytechnic University, and received master degree in "Radiophysics" direction.
Begin his work form 2009 on engineer position in laboratory 46 of TPU. The direction of activity of the laboratory - resonance compression of microwave pulses.
