The discipline "Microprocessors in measuring devices" is a part of a cycle of professional courses of student’s training of the direction 27.03.01 "Standardization and Metrology". The discipline is implemented at the Department of Computer-Aided Measurement Systems and Metrology (CMSM) of the Institute of Cybernetics of the Tomsk Polytechnic University. The content of the discipline covers a range of issues related to the acquisition of knowledge and skills in analysis and synthesis of typical microprocessors devices used in measuring instruments. Total workload of mastering the discipline is 3 credit units that is 108 hours. The program of the discipline includes: lectures in the amount of 16 hours, laboratory classes (32 hours) and independent learning in the amount of 60 hours.
