Department of Foreign Languages at the Institute of Power Engineering invites you to take part in XVII International Conference "Linguistic and Cultural Studies: Traditions and Innovations", which is to be held 11-13 October 2017 at Tomsk Polytechnic University, Tomsk, Russia.
