Tasks performed

Within the frameworks of areas of research, commercial R&D activities, state-financed R&D ordered by Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, as well as R&D works supported in 2000-2012 by grants from Russian Foundation for Basic Research. Professor N.G. Markov's science school in geoinformatics was officially recognized as Russia's leading science school and in 2000-2002 had financial support through "Support of Russia's leading science schools" grant by President of Russian Federation, and in 2005-2006 - through the "Support of young candidates of sciences and their scientific advisors" President's grant.
