The potential dangers of the drying process flammable substances in the active hydrodynamic regimes are studied. The theoretical analysis of change concentrations components of heterogeneous system from drying time in the fluidized bed apparatus carried out. The results of experimental studies to determine the conditions of safe drying process of oxacillin from the solvent are presented. Safety filter is the element of the drying chamber which allows to dry oxacillin in a stream of air and does not support combustion.
