The course “Oil and Gas Management” aims first-year students to equip they with the skills required to support a range of management/professional careers in the global petroleum industry.

The course aims to develop the conceptual and empirical knowledge, analytical skills and understanding of the business development process in the oil and gas industry. Students will delve into key oil and gas management areas along with other relevant modules to promote the employability and multi-disciplinary intent of the programme.

After this course bachelors must know:

fundamental law of the hydrodynamic process during oil-and-gas reservoir development;

the technology that is used in the oil and gas industry;

business and management processes that operate in the oil and gas industry;

how science and technology can be applied at the cutting edge to improve hydrocarbon exploration success and recovery.
