Db.n., associate professor in the specialty ecology, professor GIGE IPR NE TPU Zakharchenko Alexander Viktorovich. I was born on December 20, 1955, graduated in 1980 from Tomsk State University, specializing in agrochemistry and soil science. After graduating from the university, he worked at the Research Institute of Biology and Biophysics at TSU, having passed all the steps from a laboratory assistant to a senior researcher at the Soil Science Laboratory. He studied in absentia at the graduate school of the Institute of Geography of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow, and finished it in 1991 without defending his thesis. The direction of scientific work when working in the SRI BB is associated with various types of environmental monitoring, starting with agro-meliorative (in the 1980s). After the accident at the Siberian Chemical Combine (SCC) in 1993 as part of the creative team of the Soil Science Laboratory, he took part in monitoring the lands of 30 km of the zone, in the execution of the state order for environmental monitoring of lands in the Tomsk region. I am well acquainted with the problems of applied ecology. Supervised the development of the project of the system of ecological monitoring of oil deposits and other scientific and practical research. Scientific activity is related to the problems of soil formation, classification, monitoring of the ecological state and reclamation of anthropogenic soils of sanitary protection zones and industrial sites. Fundamental work is related to the influence of plants on the soil. It is shown (1) the absence of significant ecological consequences of the effect on the soils of the alternating electromagnetic field of the HV SHV, and also (2) the main regularities in the morphology and chemical composition of sod-podzolic soils in the case of their natural recovery at different degrees of the initial man-caused disturbance in the sanitary protection zone Power lines. On this topic articles are published and the thesis of the candidate of biological sciences degree is defended. From 1998 to 2006, he worked at the Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR) as an assistant professor. In 2002 I entered the doctoral program of TUSUR and finished it on December 31, 2005 with the presentation of my doctoral dissertation to the dissertation council. Defense of the doctoral dissertation was held in June 2006 on the theme "Spatial organization and morphogenesis of forest and anthropogenically altered soils". Since 2006, he was an associate professor of the Department of Ecology of the Yugra State University in Khanty-Mansiysk. In 2007, he received the title of Associate Professor in Ecology and moved to the position of Professor of Yugorsk State University (Yugra State University). Provided disciplines - soil science, geochemistry, geoecology, ecology, etc. (the list is attached). He took direct part in the accreditation of the bachelor's, master's and post-graduate courses at the Department of Ecology and Nature Management of the South Ural State University. In 2003, as an executor, he participated in the implementation of the RFBR grant under the theme: 03-04-49327-a "Three-dimensional model of water movement in the eluvial horizon on the basis of its spatial reconstruction". In 2007, he
