Process Modeling. Simulation system model organizational data structures. Basics of functional simulation. IDEF- models , principles and constraints . Models workflow and data flow. The relationship between the models themselves. Basics of object-oriented analysis - concepts, benefits. MODULE 2: "Modern methods of process analysis and re-engineering of the company."
- 2.1 Strategic analysis of business processes (2 h)
Activities and value chain. Competitive strategy and strategic goals of the organization, critical success factors, indicators of efficiency of the organization of business processes . - 2.2 Structural analysis of business processes (2 h)
Classification analysis methodologies. Decomposition process. An event chain business process. MODULE 3: " Designing the organization's processes."
- 3.1 Regulation of the organization's processes (2 h)
Comprehensive regulation of processes. The structure and content of the template for regulation . ARIS methodology. Elements of system analysis . The main methods of collecting information on business processes: brainstorming , interviewing , questionnaires , review of documents, observation. The course provides laboratory and practical classes.
