Marina V. Verkhovskaya is an Associate Professor of Department of Management of Institute of Humanities, Social Sciences & Technologies at National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University. I gained the Economics degree in electro-physical engineering at Altai Polytechnic University. For my postgraduate research I moved to Saint-Petersburg where I completed PhD in Social Philosophy at Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia. Currently I am an Associate Professor in Management and Human Resources Studies.
