Graduated from the Physics Department of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov. Developed methods of numerical modeling in the mechanics of contact interactions. He proposed a method of dimension reduction in contact mechanics. He was the head of 13 grants from foreign organizations. The monograph Contact Mechanics and Friction. Physical Principles and Applications ") was published in 8 editions in German, English, Russian and Chinese and was awarded as Outstanding academic title 2017 by the American magazine" Choice ". He actively participates in the work of scientific conferences at various levels, over the past 5 years he personally presented 34 invited oral reports. In 2013-2018, he was a co-organizer or co-chair of 9 international conferences.
