The discipline is aimed at training of bachelor degree students to: - Organizational and administrative, research and information and entrepreneurial activity, which ensures effective management of human resources and corporate staff; - Management of recruitment agencies and staffing companies, HR Management units of companies; - Process Management aimed at efficient allocation of labor resources and improvement of their quality; - Project activities in the field of HR management, perspective planning of personnel development, attracting and allocation of labor resources at municipal and regional levels. As a result of this discipline mastering, students should learn how to effectively manage personnel of an enterprise or an organization and to acquire knowledge, skills, corresponding to the results of basic educational program. Key outcomes of the discipline: • to know the basics of the development and implementation of human resource management concepts, personnel policy of an organization and to be able to apply them in practice; • to know the basics of staff planning and to be able to apply them in practice; • to know the basics of recruitment, development and implementation of staff recruitment and selection procedures, and to be able to apply them in practice; • to know the methods of merit rating while staff recruitment and the ability to put them into practice; • to know the basics of career guidance of staff and to be able to apply them in practice; • to know the principles of personnel adaptation system, the development and implementation of adaptation programs and to be able to apply them in practice; • to know the basics of career management and professional staff promotion and to be able to apply them in practice;
